I just found this and wanted to let all my fellow Oinkers get in on this deal while it lasts. Lighthound.com is having a huge sale on Fenix lights 25% off if you follow this link Lighthound Discount Then click the Fenix link at the top to get to the special discount page

Also enter coupon code CPF for another 2% off

I'm not affiliated with the site just want my bros to get in on a heck of a deal

So which are the ones you suggest, Raden? I've got a Surefire E2D and a Scorpion, as well as a MagLight solitaire. Could do with another keychain/pocket light. It'll take me forever to research em all.

And thanks, btw.

I just got a lod and I really like it but it's the Q4 which isn't on sale.

I have an awesome keychain light. It is an Ultrafire Cree WF-C6 in stainless with a twistie
and a single CR123 cell. It is as powerful as a huge multi Dcell maglight and because of the twistie and stainless instead of a clickie and aluminium it can take the abuse of being on a keychain. It is a bit heavier and harder to turn on though but that is a trade off for toughness. It will easily light up a house number from inside the car. It is a pocket monster although it does like batteries. I also have a Fenix TK10 but really the Ultrafire is a better light and almost as powerful.

Today I ordered 3 P2D and 3 P3D. I already have a dozen or so Fenix lights and love them. I keep some spread throughout the house as well as carry one at work. For the money they can't be beat. I always use them as Xmas gifts for like minded friends and family.

There are many kinds of P1Ds, P2Ds, LODs and P3ds. I would like to order some good lights and know absolutely nothing about flashlights. For example I don't know what a textured reflector is or does or what the difference in the finishes means. Could one of you knowledgeable types put together a recommended order for me? I could use 2-3 lights, 1 small one for the keychain and a bigger one for the pocket. And if I need extra batteries please also tell me which ones to buy. Thanks in advance!

Well I just picked one of each of the recommended models, but I'm still curious what a textured reflector is.

Which ones exactly did you get, George? I'm looking forward to your review. ; )

Btw...you're ruined now, brother. Next you'll be buying Kifaru packs, Laphroaig, and Opus X's.

Textured refletors smooth out the beem better for closer work a smooth reflector throws better. I ended up ordering a p2d rebel 100 they say it has a better beem and warmer tint then the q5 but not as bright.

I'm sorry, but punctuation would help me understand what you're saying. I didn't get any of that.
