Flashpoint sheath loose

Hi guys I have several flashpoint knives, I have one from the recent flash sale whose sheath has come loose.

So far its seen only minor wear, I'm not ruling out that I did this accidentally somehow but I haven't had any issue with past flashpoint & looking for a fix or replacement. I do notice the kydex material seems a bit different /darker compared to past. I reached out to the ranch a few days ago but wondering if anyone has tips to buy or fix, or an extra sheath lying around?

I can post pics later if anyone is interested to see this, basically just wiggles around 0.5cm instead of staying snug in the sheath like usual.

Heat the kydex with a heat gun or hair dryer, and press it to the knife.

You are very welcome. I had to do that for a holster. Just go slow.
