Flea Market Grabs and Reprofiling Chisel Grind

Alright I went into a flea market today and got a Salt 1 black frn and a g10 Byrd Flight both for 25 dollars. I'm loving the Delica sized Salt especially how lightweight due to there being no steel liners. The Salt looked brand new all besides paint if the clip and the Byrd was new so I think I got a great deal. Now my only probably is the Byrd is a combo edge and a chisel grind and I don't particularly like a plain edge chisel grind. I was wondering has anyone tried to reprofile a chisel grind on a combo edge? Is it very difficult and how well can I hope the finished product to look?
 
With Reprofiling it how should I go about it? Just sharpen the flat side until it's close? I'm not sure how to go about this
