I am not familiar with the Santa Fe Stoneworks firm, but obviously know about the now defunct Camillus Cutlery. Anyhow, it looks to be very minty, still having the original factory edge on it's Camillus made blade. This money clip has scales made of Nickel Silver, what seems to be Black Onyx stone or something similar, and Mother of Pearl.
What had me instantly knowing I wanted it, was the Camillus tang stamp, the overall condition, and the very reasonable $10 price tag.

I've been to Santa Fe Stoneworks. It's actually in Santa Fe, NM and they do their own work, to the best of my knowledge.
Looks like a nice piece to me. I'd have dropped a 10 spot for it.

Looks like the traditional thing was done here. I have read that Jewelers would get blades and/or other parts from Cutlery companies, then doll them up.
It seems Santa Fe Stoneworks may have received the basic money clips from Camillus, (sans the final scales), and then done their speciality work onto them. I am obviously only guessing, but the above two posts seem to give me that impression. Kind'a cool :)

That is what they do. The have embellished many different brands. I have three or four Camillus tuxedo pen knives done by Santa Fe Stoneworks.
