Fletcher knives gen I vs gen II?

Noticed that there is a Delta5 as well as the "old" Delta Foxtrot

Could you please explain if there is a difference between these two?
I think all Fletcher followers might be interested in a writeup/explanation of the makers ideas and changes on the different blades

On my part I have 2 DF, the handles differ quite a bit in thickness, Makers discretion or changes made?
