Hi -I've noticed over in another thread that is very close to all of our hearts a lot of stamping and champing at the bit to get voting.
In order to relieve the pressure on the good Mr Waynorth and vent the overwhelming desire of the community to vote on something knifey ...
I propose the following giveaway with my usual mysterious, inexplicable idiom.I hope this will serve the manifold purposes of
1-Getting the voting glands lubricated in a meaningful and satisfying manner.
2-Giving Charlie a bit of breathing space to organise stuff.
3-Alerting Charlie to the growing crowd of torch waving ,pitchfork brandishing villagers who are as I type swarming up to the old mill to uncover the mystery of the 2015 trad knife.
So to business-
This is "sneezy" (thanks R8Shell for the name)

He is called Sneezy because of the colour of the scales.Snot green/smeared booger call it what you like. It does nothing for me personally.I find it unappealing.
Not sure where Sneeezy was made at this stage ,need to do further research. Still it is a great knife with very tasty snap for its age . In fact the pen blade is a nail breaker.

Here is my proposal for the vote -
Dye it
OR
Give it away
OR
Dye it then give it away(colour of my choosing).

Have your say. The first person to vote the option that outnumbers the other two options will be the winner. This means it will be decided very quickly. My team of voting analysts tell me that it will be decided in the first 2 votes and that option 2 will prevail.

This is a weird, but wonderful, thread.
I could have voted earlier, during the initial excitement, but chose not to. Now I'm glad I didn't, because I can vote TWICE this morning!!
In the original election, meako had me pegged: I'd vote give it away "as is".
My opinion on the dye job: definitely preferred the charm of the original color!

Knives that I modify often become my favorites so I appreciate your efforts to give Sneezy a better look. Just being called "Kermit" (thanks 5KQ S) rather than "Sneezy" is an improvement whether he looks better or not.

I just hope he can get through customs. I hear green and growing things receive extra scrutiny.
