flexible shaft accesories

Does anyone know of a flexible shaft accessory that fits a standard 1/4 hand drill that would allow you to use the Dremel or Foredom tools? This would allow an already owned electric dril to be used to drive mini tools.

You're better off buying a separate dremel system. Your average hand drill only gets speeds up to 5000 rpm or so, whereas a dremel starts at 5000rpm and tops out at 30000or 35000rpm. Major difference there. to get the best results, you'll want the extra speed.
