or - another solution - (if you already have many posts that use flickr) delete any other photos over 1000 - everyone should be safe for up to 1000 free photos
 
Flickr isn't even the right site to use for hot linking on forums. I think they say this somewhere, at least in the past. Imgur isn't either, but I generally use it cause it's easy and fast, plus I don't see it going the way of flicker etc. postimages.org is generally idea for hot linking. Im sure there are more sites better suited too.
