Picked up a pair of "bath shoes" (Rubber and nylon... no leather to stink up.)

These things are as comfortable as my birkenstocks, for 20 bucks! Mine are the ones that arent "Flat" they have an arch. They also are pretty thick, maybe 3/4 thick. Definetly thicker than rainbows.

I havent blown em out (pulled the thong out of the sole...) I think its because they are multiply layers, not just a cheap flip flop. You know, one layer, stick the piece of rubber all the way through... and pull it out while walking, trippin ya in the process!

No blisters, no rubbin between the toes... Put a good number of miles on em in the last couple weeks!

They've actually snuck out into the garage!

Made in Brazil, Designed in California... Nice enough that I dont care where they are from.

The model is the "King Smoothy" They dont look to bad either... Mine are Navy blue thonged with black sole.

Buy now ask questions later!

If you are going to the reef website, dont look at slippers. Go directly to Miss Reef section. You will see what I mean. Anybody seen a Reef calender? Very hard to obtain.

Growing up in Hawaii, we always have a pair of slippers (flip-flops) to wear. Couple of bucks and they last a long time. Good for other things too, like killing the gigantic flying cockaroachs we have here. Other uses are behaivor modification devices for use by parents, (read-getting dirty lickings) and end zone markers while playing football.

Actually, we used to run around and play football in the street barefoot all day long.
