Flip the clip on a titanium frame lock? Anybody do it?

I like tip-up carry. I've tried to like tip-down, but I can't. I've had a lot of tip-down carry knives that I liked alot, except for the clip, and sold them. I would love to get another buck-mayo TNT, or a Waimea, if they were tip-up carry. Does anybody do this? Any issues with drilling and tapping titanium?

I've done it. You might want to read the thread I started about it because there are a couple of issues with the tapping you might want to consider.

I have a good friend who gives Sebenza's as gifts. And has his father in law flip the clip on it. Works way better! He mills the recess and drills and taps it clean. Hope that helps a little.

Sebenzas already come configured in tip up carry. Are you saying that this gentleman converts them to tip down?
