Flipper Fatigue

I have put my flippers down for a while. It is nice to have a one hander that does not always fly out of the handle when I open it. These are the three knives I have been carrying the most lately. A Cold Steel Mini AK47, a H&K 14176, and Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight. Of all of them, the Cold Steel has really been a surprise to me! Cold Steel has come a long way from simply overhyping AUS8A lockbacks! I love the CTSXHP blade, and that thin hollow grind cuts like crazy. My little daughter loves for me to sharpen her pencils, and the Mini AK47 is my go to pencil sharpener. I also love the Tri Ad lock. It is a really creative improvement over the traditional lockback, and it is strong as it can be. The Tri Ad may be my favorite lock these days.

I absolutely love the Native 5 Lightweight.

I have a Recon 1 with the Tri Ad lock and I know what you mean. It's a beast.

You can't go wrong with a Native. It is a proven classic.
