Flipper In The Front, Flipper In The Back

So there’s front flippers and standard flippers with the rear tab, but...


I prefer the standard flipper myself, but I could see where certain designs could include both front and rear flipper deployment so the user can choose based on the day or application. Are there models built like this with both deployment tabs? Why isn’t it used more? Why is it front or standard only?
