Is anyone aware of a flipper-deployable knife that has more traditional looking scales such as bone or wood?
Something like a jigged bone-handled Kershaw Oso-Sweet would be nice.

Boker Urban Trapper ? !
Not sure if that is workable for you . I like them. A lot. Ball bearing pivot. Titanium liners. Decent blade length. VG-10 steel.
I tend to buy the G-10 version and put on my own scales of one kind or another but they have a couple of kinds of wood scales for sale including cocobolo.

Do you like Micarta?

Civivi has a few models with wood scales. Besides being attractive, they are some of the best knives you can find for the price. Here is a review of the Civivi Elementum that shows off the scales nicely.

If you want something more comparable in price to an Oso Sweet, Kubey makes a few budget models with wood scales. The KU207 is my profile picture at the time of posting. It's no Civivi but it's pretty and has decent action for the money.
