Florences "Little Hatchet"

Here is a "little hatchet" i have never seen before, I was just wondering what it was used for and what year they were made? I couldnt find any info on them! Thanks guys.

Wow, I live in MA, I think the 5th smallest state and even I have never heard of Florence MA.

Haha, Some one has to know some info on this hatchet! It must be really rare or thats the only one that they have made or it could be custom made for someone who knows :)
