I have a customer in Florida that wants to purchase an auto. The customer does have a CCW permit, if that helps. Can someone advise on this? Thanks!

see (knife law as stated) A person in florida can publicly purchase (In a mall for that matter) an auto opener. Yes have I have done so :> As far as selling across state lines by mail or whatever, you should talk to a Post Office or get proffesional advise. This is your business I take it therefore don't ruin it. IMO yer good to go as floridians can carry open and with a CCW concealed..
