Florida sheath-maker "Bell"

I picked up a couple of knives on eBay. The sheaths (classsic Scandi pouch types) each have the outline of the State of Florida, crossed by the word "BELL."

Can anyone enlighten me as to who this sheath-maker might be?

I tried a Google search without success.

The work can't be more than ten years old - if that.
 
Made sheaths for many years in Florida before moving to Georgia, but have never heard of that maker. Sandy Morrissey
