Can anyone tell me exactly what this fluorinated grease is and why it is preferred for Chris Reeve folders? Please feel free to get as technical as you wish.
Fluorinated grease contains a fluoropolymer (like Teflon) to aid in reducing friction. The polymer consists of finely ground particles and is suspended in a grease. I use Tetra Gun grease on my Sebbies. It is another Fluoro grease available at my hunting store.
