Yangdu came down with the flu a couple of days back and is miserable with it. This is why no specials and little or no activity on forum or anywhere else. I'm trying to take care of her as best I can but that is rather like the blind leading the blind. I've gone into radiation therapy and am getting hit with the "fatigue" side effect and I can tell you it's a very heavy hitter.

But Yangdu will recover and things will get back to normal more or less so stay tuned.

One of these days I'm going to update with a medical report. One of the reasons the reports got so confusing and I quit posting them is because of the type of cancer I've got -- very rare! -- it's a 4.6 million to one shot. Recent research by Nevada's leading cancer guru shows that out of 13.8 million cancer cases only two were the same type as mine.

More as able. We hired a housekeeper to come in on weekends and give us a hand so maybe next week things will pick up.
 
Best of luck. Work on getting healthy. We will all still be here when your ready.
Besides if you don't feed the sharks, they just get hungrier :D
 
Couldn't find a housekeeper that could grade Khukris, eh?

Take care of yourself. As tough as it is on some of these sharks, we need you and Yangdu for the long run.

We've all been sick in our household lately, too: My mom tried to babysit our 6-month-old last week and he got her sick, too! :footinmou

Be well Uncle Bill and Auntie Yangdu, take care of yourselves first, we'll still be here when you're up to dealing with us again. ;)

Black Bic pen. Fine effort. Took a hit when i chewed on it doing a crossword puzzle. $.50

Big thick blue rubber band made by...well i dunno. Took a hit binding some pencils. Fix it with Scotch tape or leave it as is. It'll last at least a month. $.04 email or call for any or all of BLBBs:D

Please take good care of yourselves so you can continue your skillfull good work. The work can wait for a while if your bodies need rest and healing.

It's a bummer when you're down to the backup backup.
