Just out of curiosity, what songs do you guys and gals like to listen to during FMA training?

My personal faves:

-"Oye Como Va" by Carlos Santana
-"Petrified" by Fort Minor
-"Bring the Pain" by Method Man
-"Body Movin" by Beastie Boys
-"Bebot" by the Black Eyed Peas
-Traditional Kulintang Music (Southern Filipino Gong and drum rhythms)

I've also seen this CD on the Inosanto.com website:

I've heard some sample clips from it and I really like what I hear. Basically, anything with a tribal-esque beat tends to work best for me when it comes to FMA training.

So what about you?

We don't really have a lot of the traditional tribal-esque music up at my school. But it usually ranges from Satriani, to Montanna, Tool, Dave Mathews, and several others.
Of course getting some of the tribal-esque music has been mentioned before. It's definitely something that I wouldn't mind adding to our selection.
It's my teachers music so it's often geared to what he wants to listen to that day.
Believe me, that's a good thing. Normally I listen to Country. I don't think that would really work for Kali class....

I have the drum CD by Buddy Helm that is on Guro Inosanto's website. Its great to train to and worth the investment! Brent Lewis is another artist that has done multiple CDs of drum music. You can find his stuff on the Dog Brothers website (www.dogbrothers.com). I also like to train to Santana as well as Los Lonely Boys. Latin music has a great beat to work out to. Sometimes I will put in The Offspring when I want to really work hard and fast. :D
