FMA weaponmakers in the Philippines

Hi Folks,
I have a friend who will be traveling to the PI for some R&R.While he is there he wanted to look in on some FMA weaponry makers.Is there anyone with any suggestions as to whom or where he should go to.He will be in the Northern and Southern Luzon area.

He can find any weapon in any market in PI. The nicest blades and sticks that I've found there are from those off-the-wall shops closest to the southern islands as you can get. If he wants an authentic feeling, stay away from the big cities. Have him go to the provinces. The steel may not be as good quality as in commercial blades, but they're just as reliable. It's just my opinion, but I hope this helps.
