I am in the market for a kukri. I would like to get one from Muela Spanish Cutlery
And the only reason i say is that i have a Muela Lancero 21s and it is very nice, well made and razor sharp. I am interested in the Muela Kukri 26m if you can get me any info on how to get one I would apreciate it...

Is that a hollow grind I see?

Khukris are choppers, hollow-ground knives are more for slicing. It won't stand up to chopping like a convex edge.

You may not want to hear it, but that Muela is nothing more than a khukri-like-object (KLO) and not a real Khukri. If you want a KLO, then that's fine, but if you want a real khuk', get one made in Nepal from a reputable company like HI.

True what CWL said. If you want to do some serious chopitty-chop get a Himalaya Import. Short of that Cold Steel makes a pretty good one so I hear.
