Nancy and I went to the Texas de Brazil here in town to coincide with the Hogs Take Fogo event.

Only took 2 stops for the gaucho with the lamb chops to know to make our table his first stop out the kitchen, and drop off 3 more, without asking...

Nancy wouldn't let me stack the bones in monument to the carnage....:rolleyes:
