Folder, Damascus/scened, Bone/Jigged Bone Scales

Hey All,

I posted this in the "Wanted to Buy" section because it seemed appropriate, but it's the only post in there and as such i'm thinking either that section receives 0 traffic or the posts get moved out when someone gets what they're looking for.

In the event that it's just that no one looks there, I thought that this might be a good section to try too, my intention is not to spam the forums with the same post, so please let me know if I should just delete the first one I posted. Finally, on to the post!

I am beginning my search, but it seems that what I'm looking for is harder to find than I thought it would be.

I am wanting to buy a nice folder, preferably a recurve but I'm not tied to it ( drop point, leaf, it's all good, as long as it's not Wharncliffe ), with a Damascus/Damascened blade, and the cherry on top would be bone scales ( preferably jigged, but again, not tooo tied to that ).

I can easily find a folder with one or the other by googling for "custom knives for sale", but I can't seem to find all of that in one knife.

Realistically I could probably only afford ~$500-600, but it doesn't hurt to see what is out there regardless of price.

Anyone able to help me out, or point me in the right direction?

I guess the only caveat is that I'm in Canada, but since i'm not looking to get an auto or balisong I don't think it should be a problem getting it shipped.

Those are damn nice, and the first one is very very close to what i'm looking for actually. Only problem is that it's sold out!

That site is a great resource actually, there is tons on there that pretty much yanks my chain, but again the problem is that the ones i've found are all sold out too. ( ex. http://truenorthknives.com/tnk_1mainframe.htm?tnk_gallery-c-WEA8624.htm~main ) I really like Kirby Lamberts stuff, so i'll start exploring his selection too and try to find something in stock. I guess that's the way things roll with customs, so i'll keep scouring the site for one that's in stock, but everything that has caught my eye has also caught someone elses.

Is there anywhere else I could look or what is the overhead on seeing if I can get someone to actually produce something for me? I assume it depends on the designer themselves, but is it typical that someone would make a request for one of the above ones i linked for example ( or that severed linked ) and then see what gets made? Or is it just wait and see what they come up with next?
