Folder for at the table?

Got my first CRK knife last weekend, small Sebenza and was so excited to use it that I used it to cut up my chicken just off the grill. I tried to be very careful to keep the blade from contacting the plate, but I still managed to dull the blade up pretty good. I've gotten it sharp again, but this leads me to a question…

Any suggestions for a good folder to use at the table?

In both research of the EdgePro Apex and the Spyderco Sharpmaker, I've seen that after sharpening a knife, you can take the edge off by running the blade straight down one of the stones or a honing steel. I was thinking of getting a knife that I could use at the table with this specific purpose in mind.

I'm considering purchasing a Spyderco Endura w/ ffg, a Spyderco Stretch w/ vg-10 (I figure easy to sharpen), or a Bradley Alias (haven't decided on a I or II yet).

Has anyone else gone this far, getting a folder to specifically use at the table? Am I a little crazy?

Without a doubt the Shun Higo Nokami Personal Folding Stainless-Steel Steak Knife (Made of VG10)

Serrations would be the best for long term sharpness. Like mentioned by RandomAyes, the edges of the teeth will drag on the plate, but the inner sections will stay sharp for a long time. There are other serrated folders out there, but I'd stay away from ones with small serrations, and or ones with very pointy teeth. That Vic RA showed above looks perfect for the table. Nice round serrations, easy on the plate, and eaiser to sharpen in the future. And for $25ish, you won't be in too deep if it doesn't work like you want.
The Shun looks great, and I've seen another Japanese folding steak knife, but again the plate will dull them faster.

And the Victorinox Sentinel has the added advantage of a built in toothpick. Thanks for the recommendation!
