Ok, just joined and would very much appreciate advice on a knife for my Grandfather in-law. He collects collectible folding knives. He's a great man, and I doubt has been able to invest in a higher-end model. I prefer combat style knives, and no nothing of this kind. Any advice on brand at least would be great. I saw some Boker knives with genuine stag handles that looked nice, but again, I have no experience. I would like to stay around $100-$125 if possible. Store advice is of course appreciated as well.
