Im having trouble deciding on my next folder. Iv checked all the usual suspects (BM, Boker, Camillus, Spyderco) and I Im 100% sure about.

The two that fit my needs the best are the SERE 2K, or the Mini skirmish. they are bolth in the same price range at around $230 MSRP.

Do you guys know of any similarly constructed knives for under $200? My requirements are:

* AUS8 or better steel
* Stainless liners
* Lock open
* Preference of thumb hole, not studs
* Full fine edge
* All adjustable screws

I thik I will probably just end up going for the Mini Skirmish. How much is a good price for one? $190?

SOG Tomcat also looks like an option.

You should be able to do better on the BM 635. Try New Graham or Grand Prairie Knives.

Moved from Traditional forum.

Emerson CQC-10.
154CM steel, thick & grippy G-10 handles, beefy stainless liners (in fact, the locking liner is made thicker for extra strength), thumb-hole, Wave system, totally user-adjustable (in fact, it's one of the few that you're supposed to take apart if you feel the urge, and not worry about voiding the warranty).
You can get one for about $130 new, if you shop around.

There are alot of knives that fit your requirements:

From Spyderco, since you like the thumbhole:

Endura 4
Delica 4
Chinook II
D'Allara Drop-point
Manix
Manix 80mm (Mini-Manix)
Poliwog
Volpe
Adventura

You should be able to get a Mini-Skirmish on ebay for about $135 from what I've seen.

I love mine. Lots of blade in a very compact package. Sturdy and smooth. I've heard people say they are hard to sharpen due to the recurved edge, but I have a pretty easy time of it by just using the corners of the Sharpmaker coarse and fine triangle stones.
