i was recently inspecting my newly aquired GB serial numbered 52(my badge #) thanks Matt D. anyway the liner lock on my new one seems to be different from my older ones, in that the little cut out that allows the liner to bend and engage behind the blade faces the grips on the handle. this is different from my earlier models where the little cutout faces the blade. just wondering if this is a better improvement thru testing or what. because this knife seems to lock up tighter than my other two folders, yet releases much easier. just curious if anyone has an older folder and a newer one to compare. also i could swear that this folder is ALOT sharper than my original AR or GB. this isnt meant to be a NITPICKING post, so please dont turn it into one. just curious as to how an awesome product evolves into an even better one? anyone else got any observations?
