Folder recomendation

Yes, another one of these. (NO SPYDERCOS, I can't deal with the hole)

Heres my specs.

Handle 4 inch
Blade 3 inch
Locking mechanism (anything but lock back)
Grind (full flat)
Blade shape drop point or something with enough belly to skin deer sized game
Edge, plain only

Also a blade that is well covered by handle don't like large portions of top of blade sticking up above the top of the handle, I like blades that are flush with handle.

Right now I've got a Buck Mayo TNT 172, and recently had a Sebenza regular.

Just curious as to what is out there that would fit the above specs are pretty close.
 
The RAT Izula Folder may fit that bill when it's becomes available. Looks like it will be D2 steel. I'd prefer it without the blade coating though. I think the FFG is the one element that will shorten your list if you eliminate Spyderco.

This is pretty close to what you want.Without a doubt a top quality knife that would suit your needs.

Umnumzaan. I used mine to skin a deer a few weeks ago and it worked great. It doesn't fit all of your specs, but they are very pocket friendly, smooth and well built.
 
Do yourself a favor and look at the Boker Berger collaboration on the lg Exkallibur folder. It doesn't fit your blade length unfortunately BUT it is about as close to the original as you will find and good deal to boot. Just my 2cents is all, keepem sharp
