Folder repair and makeover??

I have a custom folder that needs a makeover. It needs a new detent, and the lock bar has crept to the far side so I would like to get it capped or extended in some way to make a nice solid early lock up. In addition, I would like to see the polished handles bead blasted and maybe color anodized. This knife is a titanium frame lock with a d2 blade. I don't want to send it to the maker because they are in Europe and I don't want to pay tons of shipping costs and get it lost in the process.
Anyone have a recommendation?
