Folder Shields

Can anyone point me towards a tutorial or video of the installation of a shield on a folder. I simply cannot get the hole clean enough to not look crappy.

You need a parser:

That is pretty darn cool. With todays modern tech it's easy enough to think about using a cnc mill, but that old time method is cool to see.
