Ok, thanks for everyone's feedback. After doing some searching online, and some thinking, I've decided to make my question a little more specific. What I'm looking for now is something with...

* At least a four inch blade
* Something with a flipper (assisted or manual)
* Drop point, tanto, clip point, spear point
* Under 150 dollars
* No Cold Steel. Period.

That's about it. Of course, I'll consider folders without a flipper, but I'd prefer to have one. By the way, I am searching for knives on my own. When I posted this, I just wanted some input from you guys, based on what you own, as well as what you'd suggest.:D

Maybe more specific like blade shape, use??

Spyderco endura, the BladeForums kershaw skyline (a little shorter than 3.5" but hey, it's a free BF endorsement!), Kershaw JYD, cold steel recon 1, I could go on...

I'm really liking my Manix 2 XL right now, FFG, S30V, G10 and full liners, super smooth opening, 3.88" blade, I got mine for $89 shipped, most are around $95-100.

Spyderco Manix 2
Spyderco Manix 2 XL
Benchmade 15020
Benchmade 550
Spyderco Endura (with one hundred to spend you can buy 2)

Lionsteel Daghetta, carbon fiber. Any of the high end Kershaws. Buck/Tops Csar T. Lots of good ones in that price range.

Cold Steel Recon-1 tanto blade. A lot of knife for around $65 - $70

Spyderco Paramilitary 2 is a VERY popular choice in your price range.
I love 'em.

ZT0350 or paramilitary2 both are a little more then a 100 both are nice...real nice.

If you don't want kershaw or CS, you've got a huge number of spydercos to choose from (as others have mentioned). I've had my Delica for over 20 years and it's still in more-or-less perfect shape.

You can probably find a few benchmades for ~100... Or you could opposite spectrum and grab 2-3 ontario folders or several crkt m-16s or the like for <100.

For sure man. BM Griptilian - people love it. There's probably a ton more. Loads of Spydercos, saw some Enduras (one with ZDP) and a plain edge matriarch going for $100 and less on the exchange this past week. The OP needs to shop around a little IMHO. :)

Just checked by typing Benchmade and Spyderco into Google and there 100's upon 100's of results that list models and prices, catalogs etc. I enjoy the whole process, researching, shopping, playing with my toys and maintenance.

Doesn't an S30V Para still go for around 100?

I wish I could be more help but I unloaded all of my unused and uncarried folders and bought Hinderers and Sebenzas. I'm pretty happy with them. ;) :D

Definitely a spyderco endura. And if you want to use it for SD, you might want to buy the trainer, and then practice. Total will be around $100.

min 4" blade under $150 non-CS flipper is going to limit you severely. ZT0200 might be the only one to fit your bill...
SOG spec-elite II but non-flipper, Spyderco military but that's non-flipper and probably over $150, spyderco police but non-flipper, Spyderco resilience but non-flipper. Benchmade LFK but non-flipper and has a rat-tail blade protector when closed cuz it's so f'n long. If you had the $$, Hinderer XM-24.

Let us know what you end up with.

3X on the ZT0200 it fits all of your requirements and you'll love it! It's a honkin' piece of steel that is up for all you bring to it...
