Folder Update?

Just wanting to know what the latest news on the Busse folder is. I have a SH-E on order. If I love my Busse as much as I think I will, I will have to get one of those folders. I am a folder collector/user more than anything. Also, is there anyway you can give us an approximate price range? I need to know if it will be in my budget. Thanks. Yours in nuclear saving account for future Busses.

Hi Jeremy....the folder's progress has been temporarily placed on the back burner until all this E handle business is resolved...

As far as pricing on the folder, all I can report is that Jerry told me that it will not break the bank to get one...which some tactical folders CAN do in terms of price right now.

Andy, how far back on the burner? Is it still in the kitchen? Do you wanna tell us a li'l sumthin to keep the hunger alive? BTW, I have 3 on "order" as you know..Geoff
 
I'm just reaffirming my wish that it be BIG!!!! As in SIFU beating size. All people who like small knives should just punch themselves in the mouth. WHAM!!!! ouch..... But seriously, i think the busse folder should somehow resemble a tank. Or maybe a vault.

I also had a great idea. Being a member of the scouting association, i am limited to a 6 inch Fixed blade. However....there is no limit on folders..... I was dreaming of a BM with a little attachment on it somewhere that folds in some manner, and does not affect the knife in any way. Think it would work?

Or how about...... "Sure it will fold (whispering) If you clamp the handle and hang a mack truck off the blade"

Think it'll work?

I can't imagine you would want to make a folding blade only 3 inches long if it's going to have to be a 1/4 inch thick
