I'm lookin for a folder with a wide blade, not thick. Blade 3 inches or over is fine. Decent handle material and good steel. Mostly used for EDC so just basic use. Price under 100$.

Thansk for the help

You could try a Spyderco Salsa. It has a blade length of about 2.5 inches but it is a pretty wide blade.

CRKT M21.. for less expensive.. and the blade is wide or Buck Strider Military the blade is both thick and wide..

If you like wide blades you should look at Spydercos. My particular favorites in the wide blade category are the Lil Temperance and the (already mentioned) Salsa. If you want 3" or greater you'll want the Lil Temperance.

Blades just a bit short but this one is not bad for the $. The Ken Onion designed Craftsman "Work Knife" Model 45563 being sold at Sears has a nice wide blade and a really cool pocket clip also. It sports a relatively thick liner lock of stainless steel not titanium making for a pretty stout strong lock. It is 6" long for overall length when opened and has an AUS6A 2.5" x 1.25" wide blade. I don't remember what I paid for this little jewel but it wasn't bad at all for what you get.
