Forgive me if it's been covered many times before but has anyone got any hard facts regarding the Busse folder? I did do a search but I havn't got time to look through it all just yet. Any info would be greatly appreciated.:D :confused:
 
Hard Facts:

1) It will fold ;)
2) It will be a Busse
3) It will kick butt

Unknowns:

1) everything else

But seriously, Jerry hasn't released a release date yet for it.

All we are really sure about the Busse folder is that it will most likely fold ;):D:D

I hope you stick around, hopefully Jerry will give us some more intel. :D:D
 
There isn't going to be a folder, let's just face the hard facts of life...INFI doesn't fold :D :)

If I remember correctly, the first time Jerry looked at a bar of INFI and said it needed to fold, that INFI stood up and smacked him across the face :)
 
The folder has been in development for some time. Jerry has stated publically that he will not come out with just another version of an existing design but that he wants his name to be on a knife that will kisk butt in the areas of performance, durability and toughness. He has folder(s) in the works but has his own way of doing things. With all the new models and his wife grabbing shop time here and there his time is in high demand.

I think that the INFI part is all but a foregone conclusion. The mechanism is where Jerry is focusing on being original yet not pursuing change for the mere sake of change itself. He has stated publically that he wants the knife to stand out in the typical Busse domains of peformance and ruggedness. Wgen you're a nobody you don't have much risk in taking a chance. When you have a reputation like Busse's it imposes quite a high bar.

Keep posted, reports from our Ohio division of the ISA (Infiholic Spies Anonymous:p) say that there has been an interesting clacking sound coming from Wauseon lately!!!:D

We hope to get more intel soon:)

Such a warm welcome, Thanks guys:D ;) . I feel much better not knowing much about the folder, now I realise we are all in the dark at the minute.:D
I did send an e-mail to Busse a while ago asking if it would be ambidexterous and "the man from Busse, he say YES!":D I'll keep checking.
