I carry a similar setup. a s&w m&p340 w/crimson trace and a surefire e1L or a streamlight microstream. For my knife I go with a BM940 or 943 or spyderco cf caly 3 or sage 2. Occasionally a bark river psk.

the bm94x series is awesome... lightweight, slim in pocket, good size, nice looking, smooth and lightning fast opening.
