I have an extra 100. I was thinking the spyderco endura waved, I could get 2. Or maybe some of the buck strider folders while I can still get them.Whats some of your favorite 100$ and under folders.

The cold steel scimitar its retail is over one hundred but you can find it cheaper on websites like budk.com. i carry mine everyday, but the voyagers and zytel tylite seem good too.

Spyderco Persian, Caly3, Dodo, Adventura, Mini-Manix (at wildeals)

Harsey's T1 is a beefy linerlock with S30v blade steel, a nice pocket clip, and nice handle, for under $100.00

Honestly though, for that price, you can't go wrong with Benchmade, or Spyderco for that matter.

I was just thinking I might want the strider cuz they wont or don't make then anymore. I'm thinking Manix or CQC-7

I agree with (enderwiggin) i have a T1 harsey with Carbon Fiber scales and S30V blade mat. Solid knife for under $100. and you don't run into them everyday. Maybe Try the Mcusta line also!!! Have Fun & Merry Christmas!!!!

I got my Cold Steel Scimitar (spelling??) for $69.00 from Smoky Mountain Knife Works. It's a damn sharp (Literally) knife and is scarier than hell looking...It also has an advantage as the blade is swept upwards and the more you push on it the more it locks on the walker lock. It's a good EDC and defense knife and for $69.00 is hard to beat.......By the way...I always follow my Dads advice..."By just what you need , forget the Gee Gaws and options....They just cost more and will break when you need them the most".

I try to stay away from flippers, axis locks, swing guards, large choils and the tang extentions out the back....Just something to break or catch on your pants pocket when you need your knife the most....Just my opinion tho....lol

If it's a user, bang up knife I still like Cold Steel, the Voyagers and my favorite the Recon 1, can really take a beating. Had the Buck Strider 889 and I wasn't to keen on it's blade steel and traded that one away, put the B/S 880-881 and 888 series up on the top shelf to occassionally look at and admire. I own all the brand names, with Emerson as my "current" favorite, but whenever I need a "user" working knife, out come the Cold Steel.

For 106 (+ shpg) you can get a BM 710D2.

In my view, nothing compares with it overall at that price.

Order 4 G10 Cara Cara's from Byrd. Keep one for yourself and ship me 3. ;)
