Folders not changing from red to yellow

The folders which change from red to yellow to signal whether or not you there are new postings are not working for me.

Whenever I log back on the site I can never tell which topics have new postings until I read through the threads again.

I have it bookmarked. It puts me in the page with the Forum Categories.
