The SOG has reversible pocket clip Both the big folders have 4 inch blades.

Is the Cold Steel full PE, and does it have the plastic or the metal clip ?

Don't know what you mean by full PE. It has a steel pocket clip and a four inch blade. It's about6-8 years old. Carried but NEVER used.
