Folders with perpendicular blades?

I keep a Kabar TDI fixed blade for package teardown and general utility at work. It is very ergonomic for these uses and am hoping to find a folding knife with a similar blade-to-handle angle. I had a look at the folding TDI offering from Kabar, but they do not have quite the extreme rake I am seeking. Also I am not really looking for a budget knife...

I have seen a few folding push knives that might fill the role, but I have no relevant experience with that handle orientation.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Fox knives Italy is where I would start looking. Bastinelli creations, old lionsteel etc. Italy makes some aggressive folders.

And then there is this disposable from Harbor Freight.. kills boxes with the best of them ( $13 bucks ).

some of the folding karambits have a more horizontal blade position....not sure if more than the tdi folder though, but its got the hawk bill blade..so thats kinda helpful for what youre askin.....

The Brous Blades Import Line Enforcer has the blade at close to a 90 degree angle off the handle. With a bit of looking at site sponsors, you'll find them at $40 for trying out the shape, and you can get the non-budget one if you want a fancy model. I have one of the cheap ones, and the blade really snaps out fast with that small travel arc with the side effect that the spine eats canvas and denim like a shark. For a more upscale folder from the outset, the Cold Steel Tiger Claw has good steel and a strong lock. The cutting action can be nearly perpendicular at the tip or more similar to the TDI angle slightly inward. I have one that I have used as a general use utility blade to cut cardboard, PVC, clamshell packages, and a tremendous number of things that come out of hardware stores that need cutting. I removed that ridiculous ring on the end and scoop out a finger well on the handle with a dremel to make it more user friendly with no regrets. It's seen use and abuse for years, and it's still going.

Best I could picture is my Spyderco Introvert Flipper:

Selby knives would be my recommendation. Not cheap at all for a folder but I bought my son one. He's a lineman and he loves it. It never leaves his pocket since I got it in October last year.

His fixed blades aren't overly expensive I can't speak to them but the folders are fantastic.
They are hand assembled I got in touch with him on Instagram to ensure I'd get one of his next batch he doesn't always have them in stock.

Some pics of my son's being built.

Not perpendicular like your looking for but a very nice hook blade that may serve your needs
