Folding cots

So I've been looking for a folding cot or "army cot". This is weird but often no weight limit is mentioned but when it is they go from 200 pounds to 1000 pounds !!! Can anyone explain this ? It is confusing for sure and leaves a person not sure of what he's getting .

Mine says 250 lb weight limit made of an aluminum frame with 600 denier polyester if that helps. Its held up fine over the years.

Look for a mil issue cot in good condition, you can't go wrong. One of the few things out there that is truly "GI proof." It takes a lot to destroy one.
