Folding Dagger for KGA Show

I just finished this folding dagger for the KGA Knife Show, Oklahoma City

Blade Length: 3 7/8”
Overall Length: 8 7/8”

Blade Steel; 1084 & 15N20 Damascus
Bolsters and Back Spacer: 1084 & 15N20 Damascus
Liners: Titanium
Handle Material: Mammoth Ivory

Though I have to admit that dagger style blades are not my favorite, I really like the look of this knife. The photos are not doing a good job of showing of the pattern welded steel. The ivory has outstanding colour.

Yea, the photo sucks........ I'm having a heck of a time getting good shots of knives with bright finishes. The 15N20 parts of the damascus are actually mirror polished and the 1084 parts are similar to a french gray. I must have moved my lights 50 times trying to get this knife lit properly. Guess I need some lessons in photography. :-) I'm going to have this knife photographed professionally.

By the way, this knife is now sold. I posted it on my web site yesterday and one of my customers saw it and called to say that he wanted it. I'm still going to take it to the KGA show for display.
