Folding Fodder

Hello I just found your site. I am fixing to by a folder but I'm uncertain about which brand to go with. I know that I like a congress with double step bolsters. I want a stag handle. The 3 brands I have been looking at are Boker, Henckels and Hen and Rooster. Was wondering if anyone had any advice or knowledge of which knife is superior between the three. Thanks

As for your original question I've heard favourable comments about older Hen and Rooster units and the Boker knives seem to have a following.

Thanks I will do that. I have heard a lot of good things about queens cutlery. I will check out the custom area too.
