Folding Hunting Knife - Lost

Had a great Camillus folding knife, 3 blade, all blades locked, synthetic handle, w/knife;skinning;serrated blades. Unfortunately the sheath wasn't = to quality of the knife, so it came out of the bottom during a trek across a swamp and was lost. Is this knife still made and if so, who all sells it?

I'm sorry to hear about you losing an old, good knife. I know what that's like,...no fun. I'm also sorry to tell you that we quit producing that model[PROMASTER] a few yaers ago. Phil and I will look around the plant and see if we can find one for you. If so we'll get back to you ASAP.

I recall that we did have a batch of defective sheaths early on with the Promaster series (we do not make the sheaths ourselves}.
Consequently, this is a warranty issue & you deserve a new knife!
We have not made these for a while. It sounds like you had a #896. I cannot find any of these. I did however, find a #893 which has the clip point blade, the blunt nose skinner & a saw blade(instead of the serrated drop point blade).
