Does anyone have a source for generic black/white/tan folding knife shipping/storage boxes? I have quite a few folders that are loose in bags that I’d like to protect and label.

I’ve looked on uline already and there is one option 7x2x2 that is close.

Anyone else?

The big river site might have something you are looking for. A search for mailer boxes in that dimension came up with a variety of options.

Depending on where you are located desiccant packs might be helpful as well.

U-Line is good, but tends to be expensive unless you are ordering enough to hit their break points.

Maybe smallish cloth (muslin or similar) bags might work better than plastic as well. You could label those and then place them into larger boxes with an inventory label on the outside of the box.

There are various sizes of cylindrical 'mailing tubes' (or 'shipping tubes') found online, that might also work for knife storage. Made of fairly heavy cardboard with plastic caps. I saw some listed as 3" x 6" or 3" x 9" and longer, in a quick look at the 'big river' site.

Some knife manufacturers like GEC use their own versions of such tubes.
