As silly as it may sound, one of the characteristics I have found I really like in an EDC Folding Knife is a low riding pocket clip.

Two examples (click links below) are the SOG Vulcan and the Buck Vantage Pro.

PLEASE SHARE ANY OTHER KNIVES YOU KNOW OF OR LIKE THAT HAVE LOW RIDING POCKET CLIPS. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT. THANKS!

Search "STR" in the search. He has a list of the knifes he can make clips for. I have two of them and they are the best clips I have ever used. Extremely high quality! He is also I pleasure to deal with.

 I have 3 of his clips and they are top notch.

Benchmade 740 & 745 - I have the mini dejavoo and love it, though recently I removed the clip (which is tip-down only) and find I prefer it thus, just working on a low-ride clip pocket-sheath for it so I can carry the knife tip-up instead.

Pretty much all SOG folders have the low rider, alot of the newer Kershaws as well (eschelon, knockout)

There are a ton of options, including, as mentioned before, STR

usaknifemakers sells Ti low rider clips..Cheap too..May need some modifications depending on the knife..

The Benchmade 275 Adamas has a low ride clip. It may be too big for some people though. It's a burly knife.

Some of the Boker Plus Chad Los Banos offerings have deep carry clips as well. Specifically, the M-Type and its lil brother, the Hyper.

Al Mar SERE & mini-SERE folders use low-riding clips. They attach to the butt of the knife instead of the side of the handle scales so they drop the folders all the way down into your pocket or waist band. Spyderco's redesigned Para 2 also has a pretty low riding clip. Not as deep as the SEREs but lower than the original Paras.

Oh yea, lots of Mcusta knives have low ride pocket clips that also attach to the butt of the knife instead of the sides, like dalefuller mentioned.

That knockout is a nice looking knife... haven't found the eschelon on-line yet, but will look around.

Love where the clip is on that knife... pricey little knife isn't it?

Spyderco caly 3, caly 3.5, ukpk, urban, super leaf, dragonfly, chaparral, and the whole sage series off the top of my head...(there are probably more). Spyderco's low riding clips are the best. Very, very stealthy and unobtrusive.

The Kershaw RAM and the ZT MUDD both have low rider clips. Basically the whole knife is hidden in the pocket.

All of my edc's have low rider clips because I either used the clips from usaknifemakers, or used my butane torch to turn the stock clip to a fold over, deep-carry clip. The usa clip's fit the standard 3 hole clip pattern, and are constructed from .040" titanium. They are really nice, sturdy, and inexpensive.

+1  I really dig my Boker Hyper...
