Why oh why does thou not make these in plain edge?

Because the serrated blade will out cut it.

They are CE only in that color and agree, need to be PE

I hear you. I ended up buying a black PE Delica and a Foliage Green and switching blades-then I sold the black SE to a buddy.

A PE FG should be available...kind of strange it's not.
