The clip on my large Classic was finally scratched enough that I made the plunge and blasted it with 240 grit aluminum oxide. At 30 psi. and one or two passes, it looks brand new! The next time I order from Brownell's, I'll get some 120 grit and try it as well. You need to use a mask with this stuff though.
