just wondering...any advice?
I live in the ME, and recently I read a thread about just how unsuitable my BOB would be in case of emergency. I agree. I had all the "necessities" but never broke it down as to " here and now".
I must admit, I do/did have a BOB...still do..and I'm packing it as we speak...but all i need to do is get away with 3 lovelies...my family

I'm going to list my ME bag...opinions?

ME PSK x 2
1. cash (undisclosed)+- $500 per bag
2. comms- two way radios/cell/grundig fr200
3.tools- MT, axe,saw,FB
psk
fak
space blankets
poncho
water filters
flash lights
rope
billy can
wire
tape
toiletries
water
sewing kit
ziploc bags
bandannas

Its one bag for two persons...if we ditch one bag, we have the same in bag 2..that type of thing...
and im not bugging out...if it lands..we go...thats what i mean...

Looks good, but I always include warm clothing in my kit. Cheap fleece jacket and beanie, probably more important than space blankets imo.

definately, gloves too. those space blankets last all of a few days before they're a pile of useless shredded garbage.
