Food Safe Stroping Compound

Hey guys,

I sometimes strop my knives that I eat with on the white stuff. I didn't used to matter. However, these days, I get thinking about how "food safe" the compound is. But these things can really add up. Does anyone know of any compounds that are definitely food safe?

just wipe it off after you strop and you'll be fine.

Wipe it off with a wet cloth or wash it(not in the dishwasher obviously lol).
