What kinds of meats do you all keep in your emergency food stash? Besides tuna and jerky.

Seriously, though, besides sardines, also canned mussels

you can get canned turkey and chicken.

remember - proper food storage means "rotating" your stock.

I love to keep a stash of good ol'beef jerkey around. I try to stash a bag in many places, glove box, pantry, fridge, under the bed, in a shoe box in the closet, garage tool box, under the angel statue in my front yard. You get the idea, just make sure you kids or dog cant sniff it out.

Oh and dont forget a good can of chili... best cooked in its can over an open fire.

Corned beef, canned chicken, spam. My wife is from the Philippines, and they have a fondness for corned beef there. I have a couple cases stashed.
